ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise customers implement AI-powered communication workflows. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, with a strong focus on building practical solutions that drive real business impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Build and deploy custom solutions using AI infrastructure, with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Develop integrations across customer systems and third-party tools such as CRMs, scheduling platforms, and internal databases.
- Partner with customers to understand workflows, solve technical challenges, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to surface customer feedback and improve product capabilities.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
- Experience working with AI, automation, or LLM-powered products is a plus.
