Shop Worker / Driver (Construction Warehouse Support) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Starting at $20/hour Overview: We are looking for a reliable, hands-on shop worker /driver to support daily construction operations. This role handles material deliveries to worksites, keeps the shop organized, and assists with general maintenance. You should be dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with physical work. This role requires someone who shows up consistently, works independently, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. You are expected to work in a safe manner at all times; for yourself, your coworkers, and the equipment you handle. Responsibilities: -Deliver materials from warehouse or supplier to worksite -Follow safe work practices while operating vehicles, handling materials, and using equipment -Keep shop clean, organized, and functional -Assist with general shop and warehouse operations -Perform light maintenance on equipment and tools -Support purchasing by picking up needed materials -Lift and move materials as needed Requirements: -Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required) -Clean background (no felony or DUI) -Safety-minded and aware of surroundings -Basic maintenance and hands-on skills -Reliable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision Schedule: -Full-time (40 hours/week) -Monday–Saturday -Days off: Sunday and Tuesday -Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Additional: Vacation available after 1 year **
