Duties

• Lead the end-to-end development of BPM (Business Process Management) solutions utilizing Camunda platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Architect and implement scalable workflows integrating RESTful APIs, JavaScript, Java, C#, and other programming languages to optimize process automation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the deployment of Camunda solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for application development, testing, and deployment within Agile environments.
• Manage version control systems including GitHub, SVN, and Git to maintain code integrity across multiple projects.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BPM workflows integrated with MySQL, SQL databases, and other backend systems.
• Ensure adherence to security standards such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) while designing robust APIs for seamless integration.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies like quantum engineering applications relevant to process automation innovations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Architect specializing in Camunda BPM or similar workflow engines.
• Strong background in software development with expertise in Java, C , C#, Python, VBA or related languages used in application development.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure including Linux environments, cloud services (AWS & Azure), and web development frameworks like React Express.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration for scalable web services.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React) for user interface enhancements.
• Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent relational databases.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative project milestones efficiently.
• Proficiency with version control tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git for collaborative code management.
• Understanding of security protocols including RBAC and best practices for safeguarding sensitive data across applications.
• Exposure to quantum engineering concepts or advanced computational techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
