Drive complex engineering projects and technical studies from design through commissioning—combining technical expertise with strategic project management.
In this role, you’ll combine project management with technical expertise—overseeing design, installation, commissioning, and optimization while keeping projects on time, on budget, and exceeding customer expectations. You’ll lead steam and condensate system projects from concept to start-up while managing dryer optimization studies—turning technical insights into real customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for steam, condensate, and control systems in industrial and paper manufacturing.
- Perform dryer studies, present findings to customers, and deliver written reports with ROI recommendations.
- Provide technical expertise in dryer drainage design and control systems.
- Develop new analysis tools and methods to improve study quality.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Configure, test, and fine-tune control systems during start-ups.
- Support seminars, presentations, and customer meetings.
- Offer minimal technical support for Dryer Management System (DMS™).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in process or paper systems.
- Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel (up to 50%) and thrive in both office and plant environments.
