Senior Account Executive - Social

As the Senior Account Executive - Social, you will be a key driver in developing and executing integrated social media strategies that deliver results and build brand loyalty. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and collaboration with creative teams and clients. With 5-7 years of experience, you’re a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about staying ahead of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design social media strategies that integrate seamlessly with overall marketing objectives and drive measurable success.
  
• Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  
• Content Development: Collaborate with creative team members to ideate and produce engaging, brand-aligned content in various formats.
  
• Influencer Programs: Build relationships with digital influencers, develop influencer marketing campaigns, and oversee their execution.
  
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  
• Industry Expertise: Stay current on emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, providing strategic insights to clients and teams.
  
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, critique creative work, and mentor team members in the Public Relations, Social Media, and Content department.
  

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution, preferably in an agency setting.
  
• Expertise in major social platforms, including Meta and TikTok, as well as community management tools.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  
• Strong analytical skills and experience using social media metrics to drive decisions.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and strategies effectively.

• Passion for storytelling and an understanding of diverse audience motivations.
  
• Availability for hybrid work, with on-site presence required Monday through Wednesday.
