in the environment, transportation, education, health, and humanitarian aid
sectors.

looking for someone who’s hyper organized, flexible with quick requests and

Major
Responsibilities:
oAssist
in digital production and management (i.e., curating social media posts,
scheduling posts for publishing).
oReceive
creative briefs and schedule jobs for all media including digital ad assets,
social media content, print collateral, out-of-home, signage, direct mail,
manuals, and promotion items.
oWorking
closely with account teams, digital media teams, digital
strategy/development/production teams, and print production team, manage
creative job workflow from start to finish.
oIn
consultation with executive creative director, director of creative services,
digital creative directors and producers, distribute and assign work requests
to relevant parties.
oKeep
agency creative server and project management tool organized and correctly
labeled.
oManage
and maintain agency’s project management tool. Set up jobs, assign tasks, route
creative for review and keep job threads organized.
oSupport
digital creative directors and producers in finalizing and populating assets in
digital review and management platforms (e.g., Meta Creative Hub / Business
Suite, HeyOrca).
-Schedule posts for
publishing on social media platforms.
-Assist with curation
of social media posts.
oMonitor
progress of ongoing jobs for adherence to schedule leading to release.
oHelp
with video production management tasks, like PO creation
oCommunicate
job updates to all parties involved.
oEnforce
agency process to ensure all jobs are correctly reviewed.
oReview
rounds of creative to ensure all needed revisions are made.
oJuggle
resources; coordinate design and production staff and freelance workloads.
oManage
translation requests and work with third party translators.
oCoordinate
finding and onboarding freelancers.
oSecure
required approvals throughout all stages of the production cycle.
oMaintain
client brand standards and guidelines.
oReview
web-published materials for accessibility.
oSupport
job status/production meetings.
Position
Requirements:
oBachelor’s
degree
o2+
years of experience in traffic or project management within an advertising
agency or communications department.
oKnowledge
of digital asset and print production.
oExcellent
organization, time management, and project management skills.
oAbility
to manage a heavy workload and manage complicated, simultaneous jobs.
oPrecise
attention to detail.
oProfessional

computer skills. We are a Mac office using Microsoft Office.

This
is a full-time staff position with hours Monday through Friday. Candidate
should plan to work two to three days in the office. When remotely working, candidate
needs a reliable internet connection for working with large files off a
cloud-based server.
