Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management experience inclusive of marketing agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Serves as primary business owner for internal and client account teams for all elements related to priority projects including budgets, out of scope requests, alignment of marketing goals and objectives with SME strategies, and overall client satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to provide tactical solutions to client business objectives
- Experience with researching requirements for project goals and benchmarking
- Experience in project financial management and analysis
- Demonstrates ability to deep understanding of core messaging pillars and ensures messaging is relevant to client’s core marketing objectives
- Maintains a deep understanding of each clients’ industry/segment, consumer profiles, and competitive landscape
- Experience in successfully managing clients through complex projects
- Maintains an understanding of agency’s core services, offerings, and capabilities and uses this knowledge when completing client work
- Experience drafting client project proposals and SOWs
- Cultivates relationships with clients at mid-levels (e.g. Sr. Manager and Director) and develops ongoing strategic recommendations that solve clients’ business objectives. As needed, resolve issues to ensure account satisfaction.
