Kackleberry Automotive Repair & Detail is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, dependable automotive technician to join our team at our newly expanded facility in Louisville, Georgia.
We're an independently owned automotive repair shop that believes in honest answers, quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.
We've invested in a larger facility, upgraded equipment, modern diagnostic tools, and experienced shop management to help our technicians succeed.
We're looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to produce, and can handle major mechanical repairs without constant supervision.

What You'll Be Doing
- Performing engine replacements, timing-related repairs, and other major mechanical repairs.
- Diagnosing and repairing brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, and A/C systems.
- Performing general automotive repairs on domestic and import vehicles.
- Diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns within your experience and skill level.
- Completing digital vehicle inspections and accurately documenting repair findings.
- Working with an experienced shop manager to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Maintaining high workmanship standards and minimizing comebacks.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong B or A-level mechanical repair skills.
- Experience with engine replacements and major mechanical repairs.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned repairs efficiently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Personal automotive tools.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
Compensation – Your Productivity Determines Your Earnings
We offer $35 per flagged hour, plus additional weekly production bonuses for technicians who consistently meet production goals.

These are illustrative gross earnings based on 52 weeks of consistent production. Actual earnings depend on flagged hours, bonus eligibility, and time worked. Earnings are not guaranteed.
