Duties

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
- Maintain effective communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
