Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for our client. This job is responsible for overseeing process creation, executing KPIs, developing team members, and leading long-term operational planning while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production across fabrication, service, and manufacturing functions.

What’s a Typical Day Like

• Responsible for the overall process creation, KPI execution, team member development, and long-term planning
• Develop standard operating procedures for the production, fabrication, and service functions
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable department activities to achieve KPIs
• Foster a productive and safe work environment
• Ability to recruit, develop, train, recognize and retain talented members
• Profitability owner for organizational production process
• Responsible for regulatory compliance i.e., OSHA, EPA, etc.
• Develop and maintain safety initiatives, proper PPE usage, and good housekeeping practices
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Experience handling small to medium size batches of custom orders
• Vast knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement processes
• Communicates effectively of all directives, policies, or procedures to managers. Conduct meetings with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions and maintain morale of the staff
• Liaison between departments to develop financial plans to ensure company-wide operational compliance
• Projects a positive image of the organization to internal employees, external customers, and the community

What Are the Requirements of the Job

• 10 years Operations experience desired
• 8 years leadership desired
• Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and/or semi-truck or trailer repairs, refurbishment or fabrication preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills.
