Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Sales Operations Manager for our client. This job is responsible for overseeing process creation, executing KPIs, developing team members, and leading long-term operational planning while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient production across fabrication, service, and manufacturing functions.
What’s a Typical Day Like
- Responsible for the overall process creation, KPI execution, team member development, and long-term planning
- Develop standard operating procedures for the production, fabrication, and service functions
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable department activities to achieve KPIs
- Foster a productive and safe work environment
- Ability to recruit, develop, train, recognize and retain talented members
- Profitability owner for organizational production process
- Responsible for regulatory compliance i.e., OSHA, EPA, etc.
- Develop and maintain safety initiatives, proper PPE usage, and good housekeeping practices
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Experience handling small to medium size batches of custom orders
- Vast knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement processes
- Communicates effectively of all directives, policies, or procedures to managers. Conduct meetings with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions and maintain morale of the staff
- Liaison between departments to develop financial plans to ensure company-wide operational compliance
- Projects a positive image of the organization to internal employees, external customers, and the community
- 10 years Operations experience desired
- 8 years leadership desired
- Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and/or semi-truck or trailer repairs, refurbishment or fabrication preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
