Responsibilities- Welcome and assist patients, manage appointments and records using EHR systems.
- Coordinate communication between patients and audiologists.
- Educate patients on hearing services, products, and insurance.
- Handle billing inquiries and support insurance claims.
- Assist clinical team with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and care adherence.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare coordination, customer service, or administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and patient-centered approach.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
- Empathy and patience with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of hearing healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
