Kabeenet is a fast-growing cabinetry company specializing in high-end, European-style kitchens, closets, and built-ins. We are expanding our operations in South Florida and opening a new showroom in Fort Lauderdale. Our team is driven, detail-oriented, and design-focused — and we’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and proactive to support our daily back-office operations.
Position Overview
The Accounting & Administrative Coordinator will be the backbone of our Fort Lauderdale office. This role supports daily accounting processes, organizes administrative workflow, coordinates communication, and helps maintain smooth operations across the company. You will work closely with our leadership team and be a key player in keeping the business running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance (60%)
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and track outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly financial reporting
- Enter expenses, receipts, and transactions into QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate records for projects, vendors, and clients
- Support budgeting and forecasting tasks when needed
- Assist with financial documentation for imports, materials, and shipments
Administrative & Office Coordination (40%)
- Handle email communication and follow-ups with suppliers and partners
- Schedule meetings and internal deadlines
- Maintain digital and physical records, including contracts, permits, and project files
- Assist with inventory logging and coordination with the warehouse
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding, time tracking, and employee files
- Greet showroom visitors and assist with basic inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, administrative coordination, or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable handling confidential information and financial documents
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience in construction, cabinetry, design, or manufacturing industries is a plus
