Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws and Cal/OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Process payroll and HR-related financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and hiring coordination
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain workplace safety standards
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and Cal/OSHA regulations
- Previous HR experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
