Position Overview:
seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to lead and execute an integrated U.S. communications strategy across internal communications, external communications, executive visibility, and social storytelling.
This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and elevating Galderma’s U.S. business narrative, strengthening employee engagement, increasing media presence, and supporting the company’s growth and financial story in the U.S. market.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and strategic communications leader with experience managing enterprise-wide communications initiatives, executive messaging, media relations, and thought leadership programs within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational culture
- Improve communication flow and transparency across the U.S. organization
- Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead planning and execution of:
- Town halls
- Leadership messaging
- Employee communications
- Internal announcements
- Intranet and email communications
- Create engaging content that drives employee alignment and engagement
- Support change management and organizational communication initiatives
External & Corporate Communications
- Build and execute strategies to strengthen Galderma’s U.S. brand awareness and corporate reputation
- Develop compelling storytelling around:
- Company growth
- Innovation
- Science and product leadership
- U.S. market expansion
- Support quarterly earnings communications and financial narrative development
- Create and execute media relations strategies across:
- Business media
- Trade publications
- Financial press
- Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based media outlets and journalists
- Increase visibility of Galderma leadership through proactive media engagement and thought leadership opportunities
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership
- Position executive leadership including CEO, Head of U.S., and senior executives in high-profile media outlets such as:
- CNBC
- Wall Street Journal
- Fox Business
- Fortune
- Develop executive messaging, briefing materials, talking points, and presentation content
- Support executive visibility initiatives and strategic communications planning
Social & Integrated Communications
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Contribute to integrated social and digital communication strategies
- Support amplification of corporate announcements, leadership visibility, and brand storytelling through digital and social platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, executive communications, or related functions
- Strong experience in:

- Demonstrated ability to build and execute integrated communication strategies

- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, biotech, consumer health, or publicly traded organizations preferred
- Background supporting financial communications and earnings messaging strongly preferred
- Established relationships with national business and financial media outlets is a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
