Kaas Settlement Consulting is a boutique settlement planning and financial advisory firm that helps individuals and families navigate major financial transitions after injury, loss, or litigation.
We're seeking an Integrator & Director of Operations to serve as the operational right hand to our founder and help scale a growing, high-performing business.
We are looking for a builder: someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, improving systems, and helping a business grow. You'll be deeply involved in operations, client service, case flow, project management, and business execution while serving as a trusted partner to the CEO.
What You'll Do
- Learn and help manage the firm's case management and client service operations
- Own operational follow-through, accountability, and workflow management
- Improve systems, processes, and documentation
- Help manage projects across multiple business entities
- Protect the CEO's time by solving problems and driving execution
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, vendors, and internal team members
- Build scalable processes using tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled systems
- Step in wherever needed to keep the business moving
What We're Looking For
- Operations, business management, legal operations, practice management, client services, or similar experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working both strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Tech-forward and enthusiastic about AI tools
- No-ego mindset; no task too small

Structure:
- This position is 100% onsite in Newport Beach, California.
