Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day wealth management and financial services operations.
- Manage client account servicing, maintenance, and documentation.
- Process account openings, transfers, and operational requests accurately and efficiently.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Partner with advisory teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and operational procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- 4 years of experience in financial services, wealth management operations, or client service.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, account structures, and operational workflows.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses preferred.
- Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
