The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Operations & Customer Success Manager to be the backbone of our U.S. operations. This is a pivotal role that touches every part of the business—customer success, supply chain, finance, and sales support. You’ll work directly with the U.S. General Manager and collaborate daily with our Swiss HQ, ensuring that KA-EX® delivers on its promise from the warehouse to the shelf to the consumer.

What You’ll Do
Customer Success & Account Support
- Own the onboarding process for new retailers (forms, portals, item setup).
- Partner with distributors to track orders, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.
- Manage deduction tracking and reporting to protect margins.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring quick resolution and protecting brand reputation.
Finance & Trade Spend Support
- Collaborate with European HQ on trade spend accruals and deductions.
- Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide reporting to guide decision-making across the U.S. business.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate orders and deliveries with Switzerland and US 3PL partners.
- Manage distributor orders and fulfillment schedules.
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize supply chain efficiency.
What You Bring
- 4 Year College Degree or Equivalent
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations, customer success, supply chain, or sales support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; thrives on detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Excel/GSheets, CRM tools, and logistics systems.
- Experience in CPG, wellness, or retail industries preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable wearing many hats and building from the ground up.
