Job Duties: Playgroup Attendant
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients and team members
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, supportive, and well organized environment
- Supervise and actively engage with dogs in structured playgroups using appropriate toys and management tools to provide a safe, enriching experience
- Continuously observe dog behavior and group dynamics, stepping in quickly and proactively to guide, redirect, and regulate dogs when needed
- Maintain a calm, confident, and energetic presence while managing multiple dogs and situations in a fast paced environment
- Take initiative and remain actively engaged in the playgroup at all times, using clear voice, body language, and awareness to maintain structure and safety
Position Details
- Part time position, typically up to 30 hours per week
- Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, with shifts generally falling between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific days and hours may vary based on daily playgroup needs and staffing requirements
- Holiday availability required. Team members may be scheduled to work holidays based on staffing needs.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
- No previous experience required
- Full training provided
