What You’ll Do
As Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader in the resort—supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring a seamless, 5-star experience for every guest.

As Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader in the resort—supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring a seamless, 5-star experience for every guest.
Leadership & Operations:
- Serve as a key holder and Manager on Duty (MOD)
- Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure team accountability, performance, and adherence to company standards
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational execution
- Lead by example - setting the tone for culture, professionalism and results
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility aligned with brand standards
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Deliver and model 5-Star customer service at every interaction
- Drive sales by converting inquiries, tours, and walk-ins into clients
- Promote services and packages tailored to each pet and their parent’s needs
- Lead by example in communication, hospitality, and professionalism
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, escalate when needed
- Evaluate customer feedback and implement service improvements
Pet Care & Team Support:
- Oversee feeding, medication, and daycare operations
- Monitor pet health, safety, and behavior, escalating concerns as needed
- Support team members in all areas of the resort—jumping in wherever needed
- Ensure proper execution of daily checklists and operational procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Prior supervisory or management experience required
- Background in pet care, daycare, boarding, or similar environment strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive, “lead from the front” approach
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability required
