Job Summary:

Pet Resort Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assure all guests are cared for in compliance with company goals.
- Maintain a strong resort culture by following Company Values and Mission.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their roles and goals; delegate tasks and expect accountability and feedback.
- Follow all operational procedures as outlined in the K9 Resorts Operations Manual.
- Be knowledgeable of all basic functions of the point-of-sale system.
- Open the building in the morning and ensure its security at closing when necessary.
- Feed/medicate dogs when necessary.
- Oversee all cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
- Be capable of performing any job requirement of any staff member except the owner/General Manager.
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in pet boarding, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching and development skills.
- Ability to remain calm under highly stressful and unexpected situations.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Effective communication skills with all types of people; ability to mediate and problem-solve.
