K9 Activity Club is a privately owned, high-energy pet care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and enriching experiences for our canine guests. We are staffed 365 days a year and are especially busy during school holidays. Position Overview: Team Member / Daycare Supervisor/Reception/Lodge Attendant

As a Team Member at K9 Activity Club, you play a vital role in every dog’s stay. You’ll be hands-on with daily care, enrichment, and supervision—ensuring our guests are safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Good physical condition (standing, walking, bending, lifting throughout the day)
• Willingness to maintain exceptionally high cleanliness standards
• Previous dog experience is a plus (but not required)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising off-leash group play with dogs of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments
• Closely monitoring each dog’s health, behavior, and overall wellness
• Ensuring daily routines and care tasks are completed promptly
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, play yards, and outdoor patios
• Communicating clearly with leadership and team members
• Making sure every guest goes home happy—and that we exceed owner expectations

• Understands dog body language and behavior
• Follows protocols and procedures consistently
• Brings positive energy and creative problem-solving to work
• Maintains a professional and tidy appearance
• Greets others with a smile and enjoys coming to work

Desired Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a pet care or animal facility (preferred)
• Strong work history and references

Compensation

• Pay based on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunities (upon approval)
