Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct comprehensive product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our equipment solutions.
- Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, upselling additional products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and leveraging CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively while meeting company profitability goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate inbound inquiries.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast future sales, and analyze market trends for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and territory activities to ensure organized account management.
- Coordinate with inside sales teams for seamless communication and support during complex sales processes or technical product discussions.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales roles with a focus on B2B transactions within the equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies that result in measurable growth.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for engaging diverse client profiles.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Working knowledge of construction and rental equipment.
- Previous equipment rental experience preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move equipment as required.
- Computer knowledge in excel spreadsheets, word and google office.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional weekends.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
