Our client, a national supplier of residential & commercial raw cabinetry materials and other building products, is looking for an Inside Counter Sales Rep to join their highly successful team.
**THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION**
The Inside Counter Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with walk-in construction professionals, via telephone calls, and other forms of digital communication, with both potential and existing customers.
Inside office in Roanoke (no remote or hybrid potential)
No nights or weekends.
Ability to move into an Outside Sales role within 2(ish) years very good.
Qualifications:
- Building material/ construction industry understanding strongly preferred, but will consider a very motivated individuals looking to get into the industry.
- Sales background strongly preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, college degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Company offers a hourly rate ($18-$22/hr), commissions (paid out monthly), medical benefits, 401K w/ match, paid time off, and more. Year 1 OTE should be between $60-$70K .
