What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Electrician position at K3 Electric LLC?
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds overhead and work on extension ladders for extended periods of time.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes.
- Collaborate with apprentices, foremen, and project managers to complete jobs on schedule. (Must be able and willing to run a crew/teach apprentices)
- Perform testing of electrical systems and follow all required safety protocols.
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in proper working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism on every job site.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with team members and clients.
- Be punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
