Top canvassers can move into a sales role within 3 months. Sales is where the real earning power lives. If you can set appointments, you can close deals — and we'll teach you how to do exactly that.

- Have experience in canvassing, door-to-door, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or a closely related field — direct canvassing experience is a strong plus, but comparable skills are absolutely welcome
- Are self-motivated and want a paycheck that matches your output, not a flat rate for average effort
- Love talking to people and have a natural ability to connect and build rapport quickly

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Must pass a background check
- Must have experience in canvassing, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or a comparable field
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions — heat, wind, and cold are part of the job (extreme weather excluded)
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods — shifts are approximately 6 hours with an average daily walking distance of 3 miles
- Must have a reliable smartphone or tablet with internet access for use in the field
