About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing Consulting team in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of CRM solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud).

Act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Translate complex business needs into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Oversee the work of Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

Guide the team in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Salesforce applications.

Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and documentation.

Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders across regions — fluency in English is essential for daily communications.

Support with Presales activities and proposal development.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (5 years) working with Salesforce platforms and solutions.

2 years of experience in a leadership or technical lead role.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect certifications) are highly preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).

Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and platform limitations within Salesforce.

Ability to mentor and guide developers and admins.

Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Excellent problem-solving skills, team leadership, and client-facing communication.
Nice to Have:

Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Jira or similar tools.
