We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. You’ll be the first face customers see when visiting or calling, helping them with orders, questions, and product support while keeping operations organized behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Good with customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages regarding orders, fitment questions, and returns.
- Process orders and update customers on status, tracking, and pickup times.
- Coordinate with the shipping / fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and fast turnaround.
- Help organize product displays, packaging areas, and inventory flow.
- Maintain a clean, professional front area and workspace.
- Support general office and operational tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or automotive environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills — both in-person and over the phone.
- Dependable, organized, and able to stay composed in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills (Shopify or order-entry systems experience a plus).
- Enthusiasm for cars and modification culture is a big advantage.
- Must be punctual and reliable — this is an in-person role at our facility.

- Compensation: e.g., $15–$22/hr (base commission)
