Pizza Specialist 1

About the Role:

The Pizza Specialist is responsible for preparing and baking high-quality pizzas using fresh ingredients and signature recipes. This role supports multiple kitchen stations, including dough, salad, and oven, and may include guest interaction when working front-of-house. Pizza Specialists work collaboratively to deliver food to standard and with pace, and may advance through defined internal levels (1–3) based on performance, cross-training, and leadership contributions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare food to Noni’s quality standards using approved recipes and SOPs

• Work across multiple stations, including dough, salad, oven, and hot/cold line

• Maintain the cleanliness of your station and collaborate with others to uphold Noni’s shared space standards

• Ensure ingredient freshness and maintain appropriate pars; report any shortages or quality concerns

• Support efficient ticket times by working with urgency and precision

• Interact with guests respectfully when stationed on the front line

• Assist with opening, closing, and shift turnover responsibilities

• Support shift leads and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizza kitchen or similar food prep environment preferred

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions with hands and arms such as shaping dough, cutting, and prepping

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
