Responsibilities
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Implement security measures.
- Offer technical support to office staff and field employees and troubleshoot computer and I-pad issues.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
- Assist with the company website.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including operating systems, software, programming, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good organization, time management and prioritization.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Associate of Science in information Technology desired. 3-5 Years of experience in Information Technology required.
