JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-5 hours without a rest break, and task sequencing and the completion of complex administrative responsibilities.
- Lifting and carrying, bending, and reaching overhead is required.
- Work environment includes heavy customer contact, working with cooking equipment and slippery walking surfaces.
- Position is under minimum levels of day-to-day supervision.
- The successful completion of a background investigation and drug screening is also required.
- Compliance with position uniform standards and adherence to all company policies are required.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- One - two years’ experience in full-service restaurant, or hospitality; preferably in a management capacity in a restaurant with diversified menu offering.
- Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.

UPON COMPLETION OF TRAINING
- Assist the GM in the day-to-day store operations.
- On-boarding of new applicants.
- Uniform inventory and ordering
- Scheduling of team members, based on projected sales.
- Maintaining petty cash and change inventory.
- Store sanitation.
- Critical Temperature Chart update.
- Maintenance Request Log updated, to include daily boiler blow down, dish machine delime, and bleaching of glass ware.
- Food line presentation, to include food quality, temperature control.
- State and local health codes observed, to include proper cooling, reheating, day mark labeler.
- Food ordering inventory control.
- 11am opening procedures completed.
- 8pm closing procedures completed.
- Admin task: contract meal receipts, phone in-box, phone menu update, daily closing receipts verified. Sales review with working knowledge of operational numbers. Payroll processing. China inventory.
- Guest service.
- Weekly food inventory.
