Title: Sr. GenAI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI architect with a strong focus on Gen AI and Agentic development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Gen AI applications and algorithms that enhance our AI capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of Gen AI principles and the ability to effectively integrate these technologies into existing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Gen AI systems to solve complex business problems.
• Integrate AI into existing applications and workflows to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies and methodologies.
• Document processes, models, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of NLP, LLM app development, and Agentic Design.
• Experience of developing multi-modal RAG systems for enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in collaborative team environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''''''''s or Master''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful AI/ML project implementations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
