What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Release Mgr (Technical Release) position at K-Tek Resourcing LLC?
We are seeking a 3-5-year experienced Change Release Mgr. (Technical Release) to assist with requests from change creation, coordination, closure, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate change management process execution and automation
· Create and Manage RFC’s (request of change) for enhancements of Substation.
· Coordinate approved change management tools are used for process execution
· Coordinate change documentation technical approval for work execution
· Apply technical experience to help assess change impact and possible conflicts
· Manage and coordinate all activities necessary to control, track and audit changes in the environment
· Respond to inquiries regarding change management process and RFC’s
· Manage stakeholder expectations and work with them for coordination for each change
· Design status reports to track progress
· Report and present release management status to project team
· Complete work aligned to the project team’s service level agreements
· Collaborate with change and release teams for implementation of change and release process enhancements, tools, metrics and reports
Salary : $30 - $35
