Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives and serve as a strong bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have solid SDLC knowledge, excellent requirements analysis skills, and the ability to independently drive activities across different phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Present requirements, project updates, risks, and solutions to business stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirements walkthroughs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable technical requirements.
- Analyze complex business and technical problems and drive effective solutions.
- Support development and QA teams throughout implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Ensure requirements remain aligned with business objectives and project scope.
- Communicate project status and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Experience facilitating grooming sessions, sprint planning, and requirements walkthroughs.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Proven ability to work directly with developers and QA teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on, real-world Business Systems Analyst who can independently manage requirements, facilitate Agile sessions, communicate with stakeholders, and work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
Important: Candidates should be able to demonstrate concrete project experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
