This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the Sr. Sales Operations Manager of one of the footwear industry’s most iconic and respected brands. In this role you will report to the Director of Operations and serve as an integral component of the Operations team. The function requires a deep understanding of order management and processing, EDI workflows, wholesale compliance requirements, SAP-based sales operations, and the interdependencies across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

How You’ll Make a Difference:
The Sr. Sales Operations Manager is a critical commercial enabler responsible for driving operational excellence across K-Swiss’s wholesale business. This role ensures accurate, efficient, and timely execution of the order-to-cash (OTC) lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and 3PL partners.
The ideal candidate brings deep footwear industry experience, strong command of order management and processing, and a process-driven mindset capable of supporting complex seasonal assortments while balancing customer needs with operational discipline.
What You Bring:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order management process from order entry through fulfillment, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of wholesale orders across EDI, manual, domestic, and international channels.
- Serve as the primary operational partner to Sales while enforcing commercial policies and operational standards.
- Support seasonal footwear selling cycles and manage style-color-size (SCS) complexity.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and 3PL partners to ensure OTIF performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain SOPs, QSPs, QSIs and internal controls.
- Monitor and report key sales operations KPIs and provide operational insights to leadership.
Candidate Profile
- 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Commercial Operations within footwear, apparel, or CPG.
- Deep expertise in order management, EDI workflows, and wholesale account requirements.
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle and cross-functional dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (SD module preferred).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, process-driven, and collaborative leader.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field required.
- 5 years of experience in leading sales operations/customer service teams
- Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash, O2C, process
- 3 years of experience partnering with 3PL partners
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel for athlete events, appearances, and activations.
