Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Heavy Equipment Service Technicians, based in Tualatin, OR and/or Auburn, ME. The technicians will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of specialized vehicles, including PistenBully snow groomers. Day-to-day tasks include equipment maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting, performing efficient repairs, conducting routine vehicle inspections, and collaborating with team members to prioritize high-quality service standards. The role also involves working with management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Heavy Equipment repair and handling
  • Experience in Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems is a plus
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or field is desirable
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required
