Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Therapy Services, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), to lead our clinical therapy team with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all therapy services, including individual and group counseling programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and support licensed clinicians and behavioral health professionals to ensure clinical excellence and professional growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices
- Oversee patient assessments and case management activities while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate medical records management.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LCSW with active New Jersey state licensure; additional certifications are preferred, not required (CBT, DBT, ERP, EMDR)
- Supervisory experience managing clinical teams
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, individual/group psychotherapy, case management
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
