Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will play a vital role in food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate point-of-sale (POS).
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest quality of food handling
• Buss tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Other tasks as needed.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and presentation
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
• Solid customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
