Merchandiser

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and merchandising, with the ability to create visually appealing displays that enhance the customer shopping experience. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for branding and visual design. The Merchandiser will work closely with store management to implement effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and improve inventory management.

Duties

• Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with company branding and marketing strategies.
• Create visually appealing displays to enhance product visibility.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure effective stock levels, pricing accuracy, and promotional displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise areas, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in merchandising strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising required.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, inventory management, and retail math.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
