Locations:

  • Beech Grove, IN; Greater Indianapolis

Position:

Driller

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain drill equipment
  • Produce drilling records and logs
  • Conduct site investigations and basic geotechnical studies
  • Collect/maintain samples for further subsurface investigations
  • Perform all work with emphasis on safety and adherence to standards, codes, etc.
  • Contribute to team effort and company goals by accomplishing related work as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating/maintaining rotary or auger drilling equipment
  • Experience with geotechnical testing and sampling (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience

Additional

  • Travel to work site will be required; Overnight travel may also be required.
  • Work will be primarily outdoors (may require walking over and around rough terrain, bodies of water, construction sites, moving machinery, and/or traffic) in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 90 pounds)

Compensation: $35-$45/hour; Commensurate with education, experience, and/or qualifications

  • Overtime

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
