Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Master the Paperwork: Review and maintain vital transportation documents like bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier paperwork.
- Be a Problem Solver: Research and resolve discrepancies in deliveries by coordinating with our Quality, Inventory, and Transportation teams.
- Keep the Flow: Ensure freight moves smoothly from "dock to stock" with accurate labeling and placement.
- Tech & Data: Use SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to validate shipment accuracy and track process efficiencies.
- Team Collaboration: Assist other warehouse areas and communicate with Team Leaders to keep the operation running like a well-oiled machine.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a warehouse or distribution center (Receiving or Inventory Control experience is a huge plus!).
- Skills: * Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace or handheld devices).
- Strong math skills (working with decimals and fractions).
- The ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand/walk regularly and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
