The Impact You’ll Make
As a Warehouse Associate 2, you are a vital link in our production chain. You won’t just move boxes; you will manage the flow of materials that keeps our operations running smoothly.
- Precision Logistics: Select, sort, count, and package materials with high accuracy for put-away and internal transport.
- Expert Operation: Safely operate industrial equipment—including Order Pickers, Narrow Aisle Forklifts, and Sit-down Forklifts—to manage inventory in high-level racking.
- Operational Support: Conduct safe loading/unloading of trucks while verifying and documenting paperwork to ensure every load is accounted for.
- Efficiency Leader: Meet and exceed daily picking and packing rates (up to 35 lines per hour) to ensure downstream processes stay on track.
We are looking for a reliable team player who is ready to hit the ground running.
- Experience: 12 to 18 months of power equipment operation experience.
- Certifications: Successful training/certification on Taylor Dunn, sit-down forklifts, and either an Order Picker or Narrow Aisle Forklift.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong basic math (units of money, weight, and distance) and the ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work comfortably in a high-noise environment with moving mechanical parts.
