- Initiating calls or emails to the customer care team to address potential delivery problems, provide updates, or gather necessary information related to outgoing shipments.
- Collaborating with internal departments like Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, to resolve order/delivery issues.
- Continuously monitor daily metrics, KPIs, and Open delivery reports for assigned areas to identify deviations and initiate problem-solving efforts.
- Provide support for UPS and LTL manifesting, which involves packing slips and LogisticsPlus communication
- Managing international shipments, including handling routing, shipper's letters of instruction (SLI), and invoices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by training and creating required documentation.
- Be the subject matter expert in the area of responsibility, including but not limited to the WMS system and SAP, finding resolutions to systematic issues.
- Monitor BD87 daily in SAP for failed idocs and find the resolution to clear
- Point of contact for freight carriers for any problem resolution
- High Level of Knowledge with SAP, Korber, UPS Worldship and Logistics Plus
- Ability to learn new things quickly with WMS, and SAP and other software as implemented.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast pace, ever changing environment
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- At least ( 2-3 ) year(s) of related experience is required.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
