We are seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Part‑Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative, production, billing, and system‑related tasks. This position plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting multiple departments, maintaining accurate records, and managing essential workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter production data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with ordering tires and maintaining inventory information.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure records are up‑to‑date.
- Bill out retreads and ensure all related documentation is completed.
- Learn and support the full retread filing process from start to finish.
- Maintain organized and accessible retread records.
- Handle National Account billing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and send billing documentation to Goodyear and other partners.
- Support reconciliation of billed items and assist with tracking payments.
- Upload downloads and ensure data is transferred correctly across systems.
- Manage digital file transfers and maintain organized digital records.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic file or uploading issues when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- MaddenCo Software, preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, preferred
- Ability to learn specialized processes (such as retread management).
- Comfortable working with digital systems and file management tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
