We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business for a commercial cleaning business. The ideal candidate is a natural net-worker who enjoys building relationships, meeting with business owners and facility managers, and creating customized cleaning solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct on-site walk-throughs and needs assessments with potential clients
Create and present cleaning service proposals tailored to client requirements
Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM software
Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and local business functions
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales (janitorial/cleaning, facility services, or related industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
