We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. Role and Responsibilities:
High-energy, self-motived individual that considers themself coachable and willing to take feedback. A candidate must be able to handle chaos well and make quick and accurate decisions on the fly:
· Handle property management tasks and follow up with leadership on a daily basis
· Included but not limited to – Emails, Invoices, Scheduling, Organization, Phone Calls, Etc.
· Communicate with Tenants and any additional parties related to the property/company
· Handle objections and issues to get the task accomplished
Additional ad-hoc responsibilities related to role:
- Tenant/Vendor Communication and Follow up
- Schedule Appointments (Phone and In-Person)
- Schedule Walkthroughs of the Properties for Inspectors
- Manage Email Communication and Tasks
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High School Graduate with either or both Administration and Property Management Experience

Additional Notes:
An individual that wants to grow and understand the real estate business in detail as well as other investments could benefit from this position. Additional Employee Documents may need signed. Pay would be every 2 weeks. *Note: This role does NOT come with Benefits, it is a 1099-Contractor Position
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
