Our next Team member will be a dynamic Outside Sales Representative hired to both build and expand a territory in Missouri. This Outside Sales opportunity will provide:

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
-Direct experience working in field sales - minimum of 3 years
-Ideal candidate will have direct business to business sales experience with a proven track record of success.
-Experience in the building materials sector – residential, commercial, wholesale supplier, or construction background is preferred
-Skilled in generating proposals, penetrating existing and new business and closing sales
-Ability to work both remotely and in our Foristell, MO/STL office
-Regional travel, minimal overnight trips
-Preferred experience in at least (2)two of the following areas: distribution, building materials, architecture, construction management, job site planning, project implementation and/or operations experience in a similar organization
-Must have at least (4) four of the following technical skills: ERP systems, CRM, MS Office suite - Excel focused, estimation software, forecasting, analytics & reporting tools
-Self-starter able to develop, implement and sustain business development
-Proven record of establishing strategic relationships with new and existing customers
-Ability to push and drive for results with a high level of commitment to follow up and follow through
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, a plus
-Skilled in managing multiple proposals in tandem
-Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) are required
-Integrate into our positive team culture
-Plan, implement, and manage timelines and goals with our internal support team
-Natural problem solver, a helper with a creative and inquisitive mindset
-Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills - a proven relationship builder
