Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender who is also willing to server tables to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Bartenders are required to take tables.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or needs for reordering.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Will require menu knowledge and serving tables.
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, particularly in a fine dining setting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus, along with familiarity with various types of beverages.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
