You will make 25% of every job you clean so a $800 window clean, car detail, and pressure wash is $200!
Responsibilities
- Perform pressure washing on building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and stains efficiently.
- Conduct thorough window washing using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free clarity.
- Detail vehicles by cleaning interiors and exteriors, including vacuuming, polishing, and applying protective treatments.
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance for each job.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Sometimes driving other works to Jobs before your own depending age of employee and day
Qualifications
- Must say you can’t arrive to a job 24 hours beforehand so we can get someone else to do the job.
- Prior experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, or car detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to operate pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other cleaning tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or materials, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding client needs.
