Experienced Plumbing Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Technician to join our construction and service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential service plumbing, and/or new construction/remodeling. The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while adhering to safety standards.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes.
• Troubleshooting skills for daily service calls.
• Use of hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct remodeling tasks involving plumbing components as needed.
• Assist with HVAC system components related to plumbing setups when required.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations.
• Respectfully communicating with homeowners and the ability to diagnose and explain the issues.

Experience

• Prior experience in service plumbing or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and common issues associated with.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools for remodeling projects is advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks.
• Prior experience with independently handling service calls is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Work Location: In person
