We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our accessibility and home elevator team. This is a consultative sales role focused on following up with qualified inbound leads—no cold calling. You will be working with customers who have already expressed interest in elevators, vertical platform lifts, and other mobility solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a practical understanding of residential construction. This role requires the ability to assess homes, take accurate measurements for equipment placement, and develop initial quotes based on layout, structure, and customer needs.
Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle—from lead follow-up and in-home evaluation to quoting, ordering equipment, and maintaining consistent communication with the customer through installation completion.
This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, technically minded, and comfortable guiding customers through a high-value purchase with professionalism and clarity.
